The connections between modules of the Arbitrator One

All of the connections between Arbitrator One modules are made using common RJ11 modular telephone wireing. The modules are chained together by plugging a wire from the left end of one module to the right end of the next. We supply enough two foot wires to connect the systems we sell.

If your application requires wires of other lengths, we can supply custom made wires of any length you require. Please see our Price List for prices of custom length wires.

With this design, large numbers of one or two button modules may be chained together to allow very large teams to compete. We tested a system with teams of twelve junor high students each (24 total) and had no problems with the system.

If you have the proper tools, you can make your own wires. We supply a diagram showing how to construct your own custom length wires for our system. Note: four conductor wire with the proper twist is required.
