Due to
the proven reliability of the
Arbitrator One, we have retroactively
extended our warranty from one year
to
Three
Years!
Johnson/Chadderdon Enterprises warrants to the
original owner for a period of three years from the
date of purchase that this quizzing machine, when
shipped in its original container, will be free
from defective workmanship and materials, and
agrees that it will, at its option, either repair
the defect or replace the defective product or part
thereof at no charge to the purchaser for parts or
labor. Light-bulbs and batteries are not covered in
the warranty. The cost of shipping will be the
owner's responsibility; we will pay the cost of
shipping the product back to the owner.
This warranty does not apply to any appearance
items of the product nor any product the exterior
of which has been damaged or defaced, which has
been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or
handling, or which has been altered or modified in
design or construction.
Johnson/Chadderdon Enterprises shall not be
liable for any damages resulting from loss of use
of our product.
