| New to the drive in 2006, Woodland View Farm is a centennial grain and livestock farm that became a premium boarding facility in 2002. |
![]() |
The farm boasts 360 rolling acres of trails with creek crossings, pastures, woods, native prairie land, wetlands and ponds. Students and boarders enjoy riding on the trails and often see a variety of wildlife native to Illinois, including hawks, herons, wild turkey, beavers, raccoons, fox, coyotes, and white tail deer. |
| The timber frame main stable has a light, airy feeling, cleaned out daily. The horses are able to socialize with each other. | ![]() |
| Spend a little time with Fonnie, the miniture Jersey milk cow. Then hang out with the other petting zoo animals. Or perhaps you might want to take a ride on Hannah, Doug or Pearl in our indoor riding arena. Horse enthusiatests can watch the horse shows in the outdoor arena. Rest your feet and take a majestic wagon ride to enjoy the beautiful fall colors of Knox County over-looking a restored wetlands project. Listen to the sounds of the past as Native Americans perform their ritual songs and dances. Hungry? Enjoy a healthy lunch by Chez Willy’s. Before leaving, have fun navigating through the corn maze to the pumpkin patch to pick out a pumpkin. |
