This is about the cats house. This is the Cats house. It's a little over 4 feet by 3 feet and I made it with 2x4 framing. The walls and ceilings are insulated and the windows are made with plexi-glass. In the winter I can open it up and put a 24x30" heating pad in it for warmth. We were having trouble feeding the cats with the rain getting the food soggy and raccoons eating the food, so this year we added a lower deck and enclosed it with plastic trellis, and added a baby pig feeder. The chute to fill it up is on the outside and the food opening is on the inside, away from the weather and raccoons..
