Immunization Programs
Eligibility:
Children: Birth - 18 years of age that meet the
requirement of the Vaccine for Children Program. There is no income
limit. Children are eligible if they are on a medical card, have no
health insurance, or health insurance that does not pay for vaccines.
Adults are eligible for Tetanus/ Diphtheria and Measles,
Mumps and Rubella Vaccines provided by the state. We provide Hepatitis
B, Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccine for adults.
Cost: Tb one-step or two-step is $8.00. Illinois Department of
Public Aid medical card pays for children's immunizations. Influenza is
$20.00 per dose and Pneumococcal is $22.00 per dose. Influenza and
Pneumococcal vaccines are billed to Medicare if a card is presented.

Walk-in immunizations are available but it is highly
recommended to schedule an appointment.

Influenza and Pneumococcal immunization schedule based on
seasonal clinic.
·
Offsite Clinics done at the schools. Immunizations are
offered at schools to help students meet school immunization
requirements.
