250-room 4-Star Hotel with 50 separate villas, operated by Hilton with a Marina and 18-hole golf course, Health spa with mineral baths, Swimming pool, Tennis courts and other sports amenities.
A full-service marina will be constructed, incorporating the existing shallow lakebed which will be dredged to allow for installation of docks accommodating smaller vessels. The Marina will be designed to accommodate any size Yacht and Sailing Vessel. A Jetty will be constructed to provide additional shelter.
20 Condominiums will be built that will serve as Time-share units and model homes for the first phase of a residential development. The site will be surveyed for 100 free standing Residential Homes and several Condominiums.
An airfield will be contructed with runways and hangers to accommodate corporate jets. Tropical greenhouses will be erected to cultivate plants and vegetation to be used at the site and also function as a tourist attraction.
The site will be developed with a complete water works providing for the fresh water and waste water treatment for the hotels & accommodations and engineered to service the planned residential development. Alternative power generation facilities utilizing biomass or solar photovoltaic cells will be incorporated into the development to provide supplemental electrical utilities for the hotel. Also a state-of-the-art telecommunication network will be installed into the project.
