The following are the contractors and consultants, whom we have to date identified as the likely sources that we will employ in the development and construction of the project.

 

ICA, is the largest construction engineering firm in the country of Mexico. They are an international publicly traded company. They offer turn services. They specialize in   Hotels, Resorts, Hospitals, and shopping malls. They will provide a completion bond guarantee issued by a major U.S. insurer. They are a 2.5 billion dollar organization.

ODESA, is a Guadalajara based privately held company which is 50 years old. Like ICA they offer turn services in the construction engineering and procurement areas. We are considering them for the possible role of either the General contractor or construction manager. Odesa has an extensive track record in the resort construction area.

ECO PLAN, is a premier land planning company which is critical in the landscape Architecture area given the nature of the topography in Baja California.

GOODWIN CONSULTING, Hilton aligned us with this San Diego and Mexico City based Hospitality consulting firm. They represent Hilton, Holiday Inns, and other major Mexican hotel companies in Mexico. The firm has expertise in Hospitality law, feasibility studies and marketing.

Architect. We have selected a supervising Architect to coordinate the several architectural firms which will be employed to design the marina, hotel, and golf course. He is Guadalajara based with over 30 years of experience.

 

Our COO, Carlos Silva has over 30 years of experience in Mexico in the development , management and ownership of resort, timeshare, residential, and commercial projects and properties. He also has a banking background.

 

Our CFO has 20 years of experience in construction, and commercial lending with Banamex  and Bank Crecer.

 

Our Auditors are the Guadalajara office of Ernst and Young.
