When it comes to your
business, location isn't important, it's
everything! Your business will have a high
visibility location in the Market Street Mall. The
Mall is located in Knoxville, IL on the North side
of the square, next to the Post Office. Knoxville
is about half way between Peoria and the Quad
Cities at exit 51 on interstate 74. Your office
here will be only a few minutes drive from anyplace
in Knox County and about hour from Peoria or the
Quad Cities. By renting here, you will
have access to a building wide 100 Megbit Cisco
network and the Internet. There are individual
reflexive firewalls between each suite and the
building's core network. There is another firewall
between the Market Street Mall and the Internet.
Port mapping is available on a first come first
served basis. You will still need anti-virus
software on your PCs but the outside world isn't
getting in to your network unless you invite it
in. If your business needs more
advanced telecommunications the telephone switching
office is just across the square less than a
thousand wire feet away. The Market Street Mall
would make an ideal location for a branch office,
tele-commuting workers, a small server farm or any
business that needs an internet
connection. If yours is a service
business, the Market Street Mall has suites that
would work well for a business such as an Insurance
Agent, Accountant, Broker, Photographer, Sales
Office, Doctor or Lawyer. There are spaces that can
be arranged to offer any degree of privacy you
might need for one of these professions. If you are a retailer, The
Market Street Mall has several suites that can
easily be used for retail businesses. Over the
years these spaces have been occupied by a Dress
Shop, Craft Shop, Florist, Pharmacy, Hair Dresser,
Antique Shop and several other
businesses. If your business shipps
merchandise, the Post Office is in the adjacent
building to the East. UPS, FedEX and other shipping
companies make daily pickups and deliveries in
Knoxville. The Market Street Mall is
on the North side of the Public Square. City Hall
and several monuments to Knoxville's historic past
are located on the Square. The South half of the
Square is a park which is an ideal place to get
away from the office for a few minutes. In the
summer band concerts are held here. Most of the
businesses in Knoxville are located within a few
blocks of the Square. |
