Notice to members

If you have a few hours to spare, help is always needed in many areas. Additional help could be used with planning programs, fund raising, tour guides, membership drive, archive research, acquisitions, grant writing, artifact preservation and phone calling. Help will definitely be needed to accomplish our long-term goals. If you can assist with any of these projects, please contact a board member or e-mail us with your ideas.

If you have a collection to share, a talent to demonstrate or a few hours to spare greeting visitors to the Sites during the summer, please contact a board member. Volunteers are needed to keep the buildings open in the summer

We will need volunteers to help with the Knox County Scenic Drive in October. Mark your calendar to save two hours for one of the weekends to help us welcome visitors to our buildings and museum.

Court House Plate There are still a few 1976 limited edition Old Knox County Courthouse collector plates left. They are selling for $9.95 each and may be ordered by mail for an additional $5 shipping.
